1. Applicability & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("user", "buyer", or "you") and Rizzri ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

2. E-Commerce Rules Compliance

As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we act as an inventory-based e-commerce entity and, for certain products, a marketplace e-commerce entity. We ensure that all products sold on our platform display the requisite details including country of origin, total price in single figure (including basic price, taxes, shipping charges, and handling charges), expiry date, and seller details where applicable.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (i.e., you are at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, and not disqualified from contracting by any law).
• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating the Indian Penal Code (IPC) or the IT Act, 2000 (e.g., hacking, phishing, identity theft).

4. Pricing, Payments, and Online Sales

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through authorized RBI-regulated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) acting as payment aggregators under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.

We do not manipulate the price of goods or services offered on our platform to gain unreasonable profit and strictly prohibit any deceptive online marketing or "dark patterns" in compliance with the Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of India.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Rizzri and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of [Your Jurisdiction/City], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
